This Privacy Policy explains how Shabanga LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the shabanga website and app.

1. Information We Collect

• Purchase info you provide at checkout: name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
• Order details: the events and tickets you buy.
• Payment info is collected and processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data such as device and log information when you use the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your purchase and deliver your tickets.
• To send transactional emails and, if you opt in, text messages about your order (ticket delivery, event reminders, and important updates).
• To provide customer support and operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile number and check the consent box at checkout, you agree to receive transactional text messages about your purchase. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used only to deliver the messages you requested.

3b. Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, we register your device so we can tell you when your tickets are ready, when an order you placed at the bar is ready to collect, and when an Organizer updates an event you hold a ticket for. Turning notifications off in your device settings stops them.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, payment processing with Stripe and infrastructure/messaging with AWS), and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You can opt out of texts (reply STOP) and unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any such email. Depending on where you live (including California), you may have rights to access or delete your personal information — contact us to exercise them.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. We'll post the updated version with a new "last updated" date.
