
Something went sideways with a ticket. Most of it we can sort in a minute — find your problem below, and if it isn’t here, write to us and a person will answer.
Tell us straight away. Include the amount, the last four digits of the card and the event name, and we’ll find the payment and either issue the ticket or refund it the same day.
They arrived by email the moment you paid — search your inbox for the event name, and check spam. The email has your QR codes in it and a link that opens them on any phone.
If nothing turns up, write to us with the email address you used at checkout.
That’s the one you can’t fix from your side, so just tell us. Send the name on the order, the event, and the address it shouldhave gone to, and we’ll move the tickets across.
Turn your screen brightness up first — that fixes it most of the time.
If it still won’t read, the door can look you up by name. Give them the name on the order and they’ll check you in by hand.
The organizer runs the event and decides on refunds, so they’re the ones to ask. Reply to your ticket email to reach them.
