Turn on donations for a free event

Throwing a free party, a fundraiser, a show with no door charge? Donations lets guests chip in. Open the Donations tile, switch it on, and set the least a guest can give and a few suggested amounts. Guests see the suggestions as buttons and can type their own amount instead.

The card appears on the event page under the event, where tickets would be, and it pays with the same card flow as a ticket. A donation gets a thank-you email, not a ticket, and it does not count toward the door.

You can write a line of thanks that shows on the card. Leave it blank and the card shows none.
