Why the card is not on a ticketed event

The donation card shows on the event page only when the event has no paid admission. Add a paid tier and the card goes; make the tiers free again and it comes back. Donations are on either way, and the Donate code works either way.

Why: a paid event asking for a tip under the ticket price reads as a second charge. A free event asking is a jar by the door.

If you want supporters to pay more on a ticketed night, a choose-a-price tier does that as part of the ticket.
