Guests can't see the counter menu

Drinks and credits open on a guest's phone only after their ticket has been scanned at the door. Until then the event page shows tickets, merch and the donation card, and no bar. That is on purpose: the bar is for people who are in the room.

Ordering works in the app. A guest who bought on the web opens the link in their ticket email on the phone with the app, which saves the tickets there; once they are scanned, the wine-glass button appears in the bottom bar and opens the menu.

Why a scan and not a time: a menu that opens at the hour on the flyer opens for everyone who bought a ticket and stayed home. The door is the thing that knows who is inside.

Testing it before the night? Buy a ticket to your own event on your phone, then check yourself in from Attendees on the event console. The button appears on that phone the way it will for a guest. A guest-list pass does not unlock it; only a ticket does.
