Full Service. What the switch on the Counter screen does

Full Service is the staff side of the counter. On, orders land in a queue your bar runs on a tablet or a phone, and a guest can ask to be pinged when the round is ready. Off, there is no queue: a guest who orders shows their code at the counter and the bar scans it.

Guests can order either way, once they are checked in. The switch decides how the bar works the orders, not whether they exist. To take an item off sale, Stop it; to close the whole bar, use Counter Closed on the same screen.

The control is at the top of the event's Counter screen in the app, and it reads Full Service ON or OFF. It is a press-and-hold, not a tap, and it asks you to confirm, because flipping it mid-night changes what every guest's screen says. The dashboard shows the state and cannot change it yet.

AppMy Events › the event › Counter › the Full Service control at the top of the menu, press and hold, then confirmWebReads it, cannot change it. The Counter tile says "Turn on counter service to use this" until the app has it on.
