Run the order queue on a tablet with just a link

With Full Service on, the counter queue runs in a browser, so any tablet propped by the bar can show it. Open the Full service link on it, enter the door PIN, and orders appear as guests place them. Nothing to install on the tablet. On a phone that has the app, the same link opens the queue in the app instead.

Each order shows what was bought and the name on it. Press Complete when it is handed over; in the app that asks once, because completing is the handover. Two layouts, Simple and Full service: a plain list, or lanes for a busy bar.

The link only exists while Full Service is on. Off, the dashboard does not offer it and the app explains why.

The scanner's counter mode is the other half: a guest's order code scanned there redeems the round.
