What "you keep" means on the price editor

When you set a price, the editor shows two numbers side by side: what the buyer pays, and what you keep from a single ticket at that price. Read the second one. It is the number per ticket that reaches your payout, with the fee already out.

Which number the fee comes out of depends on the fee switch. In the price: the buyer pays the face, and the fee comes out of it, so you keep a little less than the face. On top: the buyer pays the face plus the fee, and you keep the face. The editor shows the keep figure for either setting, so you can set the face until the keep is the number you want.

On the Payouts screen the figure that matters is Transfer amount: the night's sales with the fees out and tips in. That is what moves to your Stripe account. Production costs are not taken from it; those are paid by you, and the screen shows your net after them as a separate card.
